How Karlie Kloss Survives Fashion Week (+the best protein smoothies!)

In a recent interview backstage at Ralph Lauren, Karlie Kloss admitted to Vogue that she barely rests during Fashion Week. One of the tricks to keep her up and energized is drinking her favorite protein smoothie. It is made of just frozen bananas, some almond milk, and a bit of protein powder. Easy right? Anyone can make this smoothie at home! However, I am going to share with you some other recipes for tasty protein smoothies:)

En una entrevista reciente en backstage de Ralph Lauren, Karlie Kloss le dijo a Vogue que no descansa durante Fashion Week. Uno de sus trucos para mantener su energía y beber su favorito smoothie de proteína. Está hecho de plátanos congelados, un poco de leche de almendra, y un poco de polvo de proteína. Fácil ¿verdad? Todos pueden hacer este smoothie en casa! Sin embargo, voy a compartir con ustedes algunas otras recetas de smoothies de proteína:)

Spinach Banana Protein Smoothie:

1/2 Banana

1 handful Spinach

1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tbsp Almond Butter

2/3 cup Greek Yogurt

3/4 cup Water

Coffee Protein Smoothie:

1 cup Almond Milk

1-2 tbsp Brewed Coffee

1 scoop of Protein Powder

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie:

1 cup of Milk

1.5 tbsp Peanut Butter

1 Banana

1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder

1 tbsp Flax Seed

Blueberry Coconut Protein Smoothie:

1/2 Frozen Blueberries

1 can of Coconut Milk

1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup

1 scoop of Protein Powder

1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
