How to Get Candice Swanepoel’s Abs (Without Working Out!)

Recently, I re-read an article that Vogue did about how to get Candice Swanepoel’s flat-as-a-board abs without a workout. Okay, so maybe that is a little exaggerated, but this recipe for a protein smoothie actually does help with bloating! I decided to share with you guys this recipe in case you hadn’t read this article already!

The recipe…

1 frozen banana

1 teaspoon of protein powder

1 cup of blueberries

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

2 tablespoons of almond butter

1.5 cups of coconut water

1 teaspoon of spirulina

Blend these ingredients together and there you have it! Candice’s favorite smoothie!!
